Every girl has faced the fact that as soon as the spring season comes, and she tries on lighter outfits, the reflection in the mirror ceases to please her: then her favorite blouse turns out to be too tight, then the new trousers do not sit at all as she imagined, and a short skirt, as it seems to her, completely exposes her legs with light bumps which, she thinks, appeared over the winter.
When something like this happens, many girls lose their mood, despair grips them and there is a firm desire to go on a diet, sometimes excessively harsh.
In such situations, the main advice for girls will be a request not to despair and not to cut in a hurry. After all, strict diets may bring the desired result, but will it be long? Usually, what is dumped in an extremely short time returns no less quickly, and sometimes brings unwanted guests with it in the form of additional kilograms.
The surest and most reasonable way out may be to switch to proper nutrition, namely, not to change your usual diet abruptly and not unexpectedly switch from nutritious food to low-calorie, but to introduce a healthy diet into a habit. And this does not mean that you will have to give up all sorts of goodies and stop pampering yourself.
For a reason, the saying has been fixed for a long time: eat breakfast yourself, share lunch with a friend, and give dinner to the enemy. From morning to about noon, you can afford almost anything, well, of course, within reasonable limits. Lunch should also be nutritious enough to have enough energy for the rest of the day. Your body will be able to process breakfast and lunch during the day. But dinner should be made as light as possible and not lean on dishes with high calorie content. In addition, you should stop eating about three hours before bedtime. What you eat right before going to bed is unlikely to have time to be processed by your body and, most likely, will be deposited in the form of uninvited guests on your figure.
And at the same time, do not forget at least about the minimum physical activity. Five minutes of charging in the morning will add to you, in addition to the benefits for the figure, also a charge of good mood for the whole day, and a walking evening walk of a couple of kilometers will not take much of your time.
